The Abernethy Road Local Structure Plan was prepared in order to facilitate the future subdivision, land use and development of Lots 6 and 27 Abernethy Road, Byford. It is anticipated that approximately 216 lots will be created within the development area.
The LSP incorporates best practice urban water management, the effective integration of Public Open Space and facilitates energy efficiency opportunities through road and lot design.
The incorporation of the above elements has resulted in a LSP and subdivision design that will ensure a high quality land development. |
