The Avon Industrial Park (AIP) is in the location of Meenaar, within the Shire of Northam. The AIP has been developed by LandCorp to act as a catalyst for economic and employment growth to service a number of the surrounding local government areas including the Shires of Beverly, York, Goomalling and Cunderdin.
TPG is currently undertaking a scheme amendment which seeks to reclassify portions of the subject site to either ‘Parks and Recreation' Reserve or ‘Industrial' under the Shire of Northam Town Planning Scheme No.3 . Subdivision designs are currently being formulated for stages 2 and 3 of the Park. |
