This 12 hectare site on Albany Highway, Beckenham was identified by the Western Australian Planning Commission and the City of Gosnells as an area that would benefit from increased density residential development.
An Outline Development Plan (ODP) prepared by TPG capitalises on the site's access to public transport, open space and community facilities and will facilitate the subdivision and development of a high quality residential precinct. Council is expected to grant concession to advertise the ODP for public comment in January 2007. |
