TPG was commissioned by the Swan Care Group to develop a Master Plan for the comprehensive redevelopment of their Bentley site. The Master Plan involved research into the future demand needs of the retirement village, including consultation with staff, residents and relevant government authorities.
TPG recently obtained Development Approval for Stage 3 of the Master Plan, which includes a two storey Residential Care Facility (RCF) consisting of 160 single bed rooms and internal residents ancillary support uses. |
