This commission involved the preparation of a complex development application for the redevelopment of the City Square site (formerly Westralia Square site).
The application involved the development of the site for two office buildings, a retail arcade, car parking and related (ancillary) land uses. The development application process involved negotiations with the City of Perth, the Heritage Council of Western Australia and the Department for Planning and Infrastructure. The application was approved by the City of Perth in February 2006. |
