TPG has undertaken a due diligence process for the Swan Care Group for a 6.1 hectare site located within the Dunsborough Lakes Estate development 2 kilometres south of the coastline of Geographe Bay and the Dunsborough township.

The vacant site is earmarked for development as residential aged living. TPG is currently in the process of formulating a Detailed Local Area Plan and Development Application for future care facilities and Independent Living Units.
