TPG secured approval for the demolition of the existing Archbishop William Foley Nursing Home facility and has prepared a comprehensive development application for the site.
Approval for Stage 1 of the development was granted by City of Fremantle in December 2005 and is currently under construction. Stages 2 and 3, currently under consideration by the City, will complete the redevelopment of the site and comprise a variety of multiple and single storey dwellings and aged care facilities.
The proposal has been formulated in conjunction with the Hilton community through an extensive consultation process with the Hilton Precinct Committee. The redevelopment represents a quality and much needed aged care retirement village that will substantially improve the quality of life for residents. |
