Halls Head Shopping Centre

The first stage of the Halls Head shopping centre incorporates over 6,000m² of retail floorspace with requisite car parking for 424 cars. TPG has subsequently applied for consent to extend Stage 2, by over 10,000m² to include a discount department store.

The process has involved detailed negotiations with the City of Mandurah relating to the site's compliance with Council's precinct plan and Local Commercial Strategy.

Currently the case is before the State Administrative Tribunal, with negotiations to date concluding that the existing precinct plan will need to be revised with input from the major land owner, Centro Properties Group.
