TPG was commissioned as the lead consultant to prepare a development model for Perth that would best achieve the Triple Bottom Line of economic, social and environmental sustainability.

The study resulted in extensive improvements on current practice and is now being implemented. Harrisdale (DHW's sustainable land development project) has progressed through to implementation with the adoption of the structure plan, scheme amendment and subdivision.
