The Detailed Area Plans design guideline provisions form an important element of the Harvest Lakes concept, which aims to create a neighbourhood that is a great place to live and that recognises our responsibility to minimise the impact of human activity on the environment.

To expedite the assessment process, TPG was commissioned to review and assess all plans for compliance against the guidelines, before they were submitted to Council.
