The redevelopment of the former Leighton Marshalling Yards has been the subject of significant debate and controversy for almost a decade. TPG was part of a multi-discipline project team brought together to work with the community to deliver an agreed outcome and progress the project through to sale. The project included concept planning, 3D modelling, structure planning, scheme amendments, guideline development, public presentations and subdivision. |
