TPG undertook a due diligence process for five sites currently occupied by Melville Villages for independent aged persons units. The document provided town planning information as to the development potential of the sites so they can be considered in deliberations about their potential future redevelopment.
In addition to this TPG coordinated with the Centre for Research on Ageing (Curtin University of Technology) to produce a five year strategic plan to enable the Board of Melville Villages to make informed decisions about appropriate accommodation and services for the over 55s in the City of Melville. |
