TPG was commissioned for the preparation of a Major Development Plan, in accordance with the Airports Act, for the development of a major commercial precinct within the Perth Airport. The commercial precinct accommodates the Woolworths Perth Distribution Centre. The Major Development Plan addressed infrastructure works, environmental issues and transport solutions.
TPG was also commissioned as part of the project team to prepare a subdivision plan for Precincts 2A and 2B of the Perth Airport for commercial land uses. |
