Placid Waters, located in the Peel Region approximately 70 kilometres south of Perth is a residential estate that was previously constrained in terms of future development by it's low density zoning under the City of Mandurah Town Planning Scheme zoning.
TPG gained approval for a scheme amendment which increased the residential density of the site and allowed for the creation of 90 residential lots, effectively responding to an increase in population in the region and the general market demand for smaller lots. |
