Queens Park is a major urban regeneration project that involves enhancement to the Queens Park area and the demolition, re-subdivision and re-development of a 9 hectare Department of Housing estate.

TPG is commissioned to provide input into the master plan, building design and design guidelines, public space enhancement, development staging, heritage, safety by design, and sustainable urban regeneration, as well as undertaking scheme amendments and subdivisions.
