Residential Design Codes Review
Client: Western Australian Planning Commission

TPG was commissioned in early 2004 to review the Residential Design Codes (2002) to address issues and problems identified throughout the first year of operation.

The project involves stakeholder consultation through a series of targeted workshops and research into best practice elements from other residential control systems within Australia.

The outcome will be recommended amendments to this important Statement of Planning Policy.
