Railway Parade Industrial Park is planned as a quality industrial development estate, incorporating a quality landscaped environment amongst a mixture of higher order industrial and ancillary land uses including office and showroom warehouse type developments. Situated in close proximity to the centre of Perth and to the north-west of the Perth Domestic and International airports, the industrial park is ideally located adjacent to Tonkin Highway , Collier Road and Railway Parade within the established Bayswater Industrial Precinct. The 37 hectare site is the largest single landholding within the Bayswater industrial area and provides a strategic opportunity to create a modern industrial estate that has the potential to be a significant catalyst for the redevelopment of the existing neighbouring estates. TPG has prepared a comprehensive LSP in order to facilitate the future subdivision, land use and development of Lot 10 Railway Parade, Bayswater. The underlying objective of the Railway Parade Industrial Estate is to achieve a quality industrial estate which will provide for a range of lot sizes, encourage a variety of building forms and integrate environmentally sustainable principles resulting in a unique estate identity which positively contributes to the Bayswater locality. TPG has also formulated comprehensive design guidelines in conjunction with Plan E Landscape Architects in order to achieve a quality built form outcome. |
