TPG planned and designed the redevelopment of derelict industrial land into one of Perth's most vibrant cosmopolitan communities.

The project addressed major heritage, transport and community land use issues.

TPG devised a new urban form that enabled the sympathetic linking of the suburb's heritage with new development and the provision of solutions for major transport and heritage issues.
