Planning for the revitalisation of the Trigg Beach Area started with a series of community focused workshops refining the ideas and concepts developed through consultation with stakeholders, interest groups, the community and state and local government. The City of Stirling commissioned TPG to manage the formation of the Trigg Beach Master Plan to reconfigure the beach area layout and integrate the various uses within the area in a more cohesive and functional manner. The project included community consultation, urban design, retail analysis, development feasibility, landscape architecture, civil engineering, integrated transport planning, environmental management and study, strategic and statutory planning. The project shows a unique and sensitive approach to the inclusion of the ideas and concepts of a vast array of interested stakeholders and user groups. |
