TPG secured development approval for ‘Tyne Square' from the East Perth Redevelopment Authority in the middle of 2006.
The development located on the corner of Newcastle and Beaufort Streets, Northbridge entails the construction of 83 residential apartments and four retail tenancies, including a 1500m2 supermarket, the first in EPRA's Northbridge project area.
The development also includes the provision of 8 affordable owner-occupier dwellings to assist EPRA in the implementation of its Housing Diversity policy. Detailed documentation is currently being finalised and it is anticipated that site works will start in early 2008. |
