TPG Town Planning and Urban Design was commissioned to design and achieve the relevant approvals for the residential subdivision of West Martin Precinct 2.
The precinct has a land area of approximately 12.94 hectares and forms 1 of 7 precincts within West Martin. The subdivision design achieved environmentally sustainable development principles, the protection of the Canning River and Foreshore and the provision of both active and passive public open space.
This was achieved through a modified grid pattern of development, an urban water management strategy and a foreshore management plan. |
